What are you selling Walt?

Hi Bob good bud! I gotta sell my old Amstrad 901 to bail my girl out

JUST L@@K AT THESE FEATURES:
* A REAL Amstrad "CB". Not a fake tin can and string like some you see.

* It is made in the good ole UK of GB (not the cheap worthless crap they make in Mexico or Japan) (My mate Helmet told me they were made by Kenwood but it don't have any wood in it and I never met Ken

* 100% original! Nothing has been changed on it!

* Unique VERY VERY RARE black color. BEAUTIFUL! All original paint jobs with no "touch up" work!!

* It is perfect for any type of music you like, from classical (yuk!) to heavy metal (yeah!). Even surf music. And rap too, I think (I hate rap LOL) I made a special mod that tunes down to 6.660 MHz you get loads of music on that channel.

* One owner!! My Mate Helmet That's all  And it has been taken care of real well (he always took care of his stuff!). Well, two owners if you count me!! LOL!

* Authentic body (not hollow!). IF YOU KNOW CB's, THAN YOU NO THAT IS VERY RARE TO FIND! Some CB's are made out of cheap plastic!

* Long colored power wires come out of the back (plastic with metal in them) Not rusted! And no stains!!

* White dots on some of the knobs. ???????

* Six buttons. Here's some trivia for you: Some CB's have 7 buttons, and good CB's have only 4!!

* One metal knob at the end of the box -- Turn it with your finger to change the sounds!.

* PA socket (PA means "pump amps" with its own selector switch! Plug a horn in and it makes it very loud!! Some non-vintage CB's only don't have PA's. They are not as loud.

* Two volume knobs (both of them go up to 10). Turn them both all the way up if you REALLY want it loud!! LOL  See the picture, right below.

499DM that's about 499€ in funny money.  Its going on €bay on Sunday so best PM me fast.

Hey Walt whats in your Go Pack?

Hi Folks Walt here to answer another of Bob's questions:

"Whats in my Go Pack Bob? Well let me tell ya!

First of all the most important bit of kit any missing in action good buddy should have is a Burner!  My Go Box consists of a Linear Amplifier made by Zetagi, If you prefer me to be technical then think about it like this:  its a cooler box just like you keep your beer in on warm summer days only being linear its full of spaghetti and not beer!  The important thing here is the word Linear! You see the good people at Zetagi make great amps because they are experts at getting all the stings of spaghetti lined up (thats the linear part).

 my own design...

before the jumper is connected

looks like this with the jumper on and im peddling like a nutter

Anyways next in the Go Box is the is the tomato sauce, that's why all all Zatagi burners are red, the folks at the Z-Factory aren't that great at washing up so they all come out red (thats what my good buddy Helmet told me).  The sauce helps keep it all cool and fills the room with that great smell too!

That's connected up to the Rig via some jumper cables my old gran gave me one Christmas, they go to my PBOTA peddle power bike (see my earlier post).

Its all quite simple really when you think about it! back when I had to sit my HAM test I wrote the formula under my armpit.

Jumpers, Spaghetti and Sauce (see formula below)

         Jumpers
________________   = lots of linear's
Spaghetti I Sauce

That's about it Bob, people need to take more care when buying a good quality burner, far too many folk these days suffer from too much splatter, you just don't get this problem if all the spaghetti is lined up properly in the first place, its class A stuff! My mate Helmet tells me that when my burner is on he can hear me well loud right around the corner down at the CSU (Christian Social Union of Bavaria) or CB club as me and Helmet call it.

I don't think they have much spaghetti over in England, those little people are so hard to hear, the Italians on the other hand know the score!

This should help, I wrote a manual to help everyone...

Thats about it Bob, want to ask me about microphones?"
